Last October 20, 2020, some designated learning institutions (DLIs) have reopened to international students who are still outside Canada an who: 

have, or have been approved for, a study permit 

are travelling to Canada for a non-discretionary or non-optional purpose 

The Canadian Government has only allowed Designated Learning Institutions who has a Covid 19 readiness plan approved by the list of the Territory. Find out if your DLI is approved, click the following link:
