OINP Employer Job Offer: Foreign Worker Stream

The OINP Job Offer Foreign Worker Stream allows foreign workers with a job offer in TEER 0, 1, 2, 3 of the National Occupations Classification a chance to live and work as Permanent Residents in the Province of Ontario.

The job offer must be

✅ Full time and permanent
✅ Median wage level or higher
✅ Position offered is urgently necessary to employer's business
✅ Work based in Ontario

Applicant requirements

✅ Uploaded profile in Expression of Interest and received an invitation to apply
✅ 2 years work experience
*you must have at least two years of accumulated paid work experience OR the equivalent in part time in the same occupation (same National Occupational Classification code) as your job offer gained within 5 years that you submitted your application.
✅ Valid license or other authorization (if applicable)
✅ Intend to live in Ontario
✅ Have legal status in Canada (if applicable)

Applicant must create their profiles in the Expression of Interest system, if invited you can apply for Canadian Permanent Residency. Applicants outside Canada can apply for the program, but due to the required Job offer, this program is Ideal for International student graduates or their dependent spouses.
