Because of the Corona Virus Pandemic, a lot of applications has been delayed due to the temporary closure of Visa Application Centres (VACs) around the world. Recently a lot of VACs are opening and starting to resume their services like the collection of Biometrics information for applicants of Canada Visa.
The Cebu VFS has already opened, which may be an indicator the VFS office in Manila is next to open, hopefully soon.
